Why Toughcover End Walls are Site-Ready

Reinforced 4-Leg Stability: Unlike standard 2-leg designs, our 6m End Walls feature 4 heavy-duty vertical legs and a horizontal crossbar. Combined with 2 slanting support tubes, this 48mm steel skeleton ensures the wall stays rigid and silent in high-wind regions.

Integrated Ventilation & Light: Both models come standard with 2 integrated windows. This provides essential natural light and airflow, preventing condensation and the "stuffy workshop" feel when the shelter is fully enclosed.

Maximum Thermal Control: We use premium White 610gsm PVC. This high-reflectance fabric reflects solar heat far better than dark covers, keeping your interior significantly cooler during Victorian summers.

Logistics & Support

Tail-Lift Delivery Available: We offer tail-lift truck delivery for sites without a forklift.

Pallet Jack Friendly: Every kit is delivered in a steel-reinforced crate with standard fork pockets. This design is fully compatible with both forklifts and pallet jacks, allowing for easy maneuvering around your workshop once grounded.

Melbourne Stocked: Dispatched directly from our Victorian warehouse for fast Australia-wide shipping.

Installation Service: These are 100% DIY-friendly kits. However, professional installation services are available as an optional extra—contact our team for a quote.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do these end walls fit both standard and High Cube (HC) containers?

A: Yes. Our 6m End Wall kits are engineered with a universal height clearance that accommodates both General Purpose (GP) and High Cube container setups perfectly.

Q: Why is a 4-leg configuration used for a 6m span?

A: A 6-meter span is a large surface area for wind load. The 4-leg configuration with 2 slanting supports provides the necessary structural backbone to keep the PVC cover drum-tight and prevent the steel frame from bowing.

Q: Should I keep the door open or closed during high winds?

A: Always fully close and secure the Door End Wall during storms. Leaving the door open while the back is sealed creates a "parachute effect," which can put extreme internal pressure on the structure and fabric.
