Installation photographs may contain information about the Customer's site or property. ToughCover will handle such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
ToughCover may wish to use suitable installation photographs to showcase completed projects on our website, social media, catalogues or other promotional materials.
Where photographs submitted for warranty or technical purposes are used for marketing, we will take reasonable steps to avoid publishing personal information or information that directly identifies the Customer unless appropriate permission has been obtained.
Where an image clearly identifies an individual, we will seek consent before intentionally using that person's identifiable image for promotional purposes.
If you do not want installation photographs submitted to ToughCover to be considered for marketing use, please let us know when submitting them or contact us at any time.
Where permitted by law, ToughCover may use contact information to communicate with existing or prospective Customers about Products, services, availability, promotions or other information that may be relevant to them.
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by using any unsubscribe option provided or by contacting ToughCover.
