We're based in Melbourne. Our stock is in Melbourne. And when you need someone on-site to get the shelter up, our installation crew is local too.
For Victorian businesses, that means faster delivery, lower freight costs, and a team you can actually call — not an interstate 1800 number.

Melbourne Warehouse Stock — Ready to Go
No waiting on international shipments or interstate transfers. Our shelters are held in our Melbourne warehouse and can be dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment.
If you'd rather pick up in person, you're welcome to collect directly from our warehouse. Just bring a vehicle or trailer that can handle the load — our team will forklift it on for you at no charge.
This is something most online shelter suppliers simply can't offer. We have a local installation crew based in Victoria, available for on-site installation across Melbourne and regional VIC.
You don't need to hire a separate contractor, source your own elevated work platform, or figure it out yourself. We bring the tools, the equipment, and the know-how.
What's included in a professional installation:
1. Full on-site assembly from crate to finished shelter
2. Lock-Clamp base mounting to your containers
3. PVC cover tensioning and securing
4. All hardware torqued to spec
5. Site clean-up on completion
Installation is available as an optional extra — just let us know when you request a quote and we'll include it.
Our freight runs regularly throughout VIC, including:
1. Greater Melbourne & Geelong
2. Ballarat, Bendigo & the Central Highlands
3. Gippsland & the Latrobe Valley
4. Shepparton & the Goulburn Valley
5. The Mornington Peninsula & South Gippsland
6. The Mallee & Wimmera regions
Not sure on freight costs to your area? Just ask — we'll give you a straight answer.

Victoria throws everything at you — scorching summers, freezing winters, coastal winds off Bass Strait, and storm fronts that roll in fast out west.
Every Toughcover shelter is engineered to AS/NZS 1170.2:2021 wind standards, covering Wind Region A loads common across Victoria. The 610gsm UV-stabilised white PVC cover handles the heat and UV without degrading, and the hot-dip galvanised steel frame won't rust out in coastal or high-humidity environments.
This isn't a shelter designed for a warehouse showroom. It's built for real Australian sites.
1. Farmers & Agricultural Operations
Hay storage, machinery protection, and seasonal cover for equipment across the Mallee, Wimmera, and Gippsland. Our shelters sit on your existing containers — no concrete slab, no council approval in most cases.
2. Construction & Civil Sites
Temporary site workshops, tool storage, and covered work areas for Melbourne's ongoing infrastructure and building projects. The no-weld Lock-Clamp system means the shelter can be relocated when the job moves on.
3. Transport & Logistics
Container yards, depot storage, and overnight protection for freight at facilities around the Port of Melbourne and outer industrial precincts.
4. Wineries & Rural Businesses
Equipment storage and all-weather protection for machinery in the Yarra Valley, Mornington Peninsula, and beyond.
Do you offer professional installation in regional Victoria, not just Melbourne?
Yes. We cover Melbourne metro and regional areas across VIC. Availability and travel costs will vary by location — include your postcode when you request a quote and we'll confirm coverage.
Can I pick up my shelter from your Melbourne warehouse?
Absolutely. Depot pickup is available. Please make sure your vehicle or trailer can handle the package size and weight — the TS1006, for example, ships in a 265cm crate at 765kg. We'll load it with our forklift at no cost.
Do I need council approval to install a container shelter in Victoria?
In most cases, no. Container shelters are generally classified as temporary and relocatable structures, so they fall outside standard permit requirements. That said, rules vary between councils, so if you want certainty it's worth a quick check with your local council. We can provide AS/NZS 1170.2 engineering documentation if it's ever requested.
How long does delivery take to regional Victoria?
Most regional VIC locations are 2–5 business days from our Melbourne warehouse after dispatch. We'll confirm an estimated timeframe when you place your order.
Is professional installation included in the product price?
No — installation is priced separately based on your model and site location. Request a quote and we'll include both the product price and installation cost together so you have the full picture upfront.
Tell us your site location, the model you're looking at, and whether you need installation — we'll come back to you with a full delivered price, no runaround.
