ToughCover Australia offers professional container dome installation throughout Melbourne and regional Victoria. Our installation team works directly with the ToughCover system, from frame assembly and Lock-Clamp mounting through to PVC cover installation and final tensioning.
Because our container domes use a bolt-together design and our No-Weld Lock-Clamp system, installation does not require welding the shelter frame to your shipping containers. This provides a cleaner and more flexible installation while avoiding unnecessary hot-work on the container structure.
Installation is quoted separately based on the dome model, site location, access conditions and equipment requirements. Before installation, our team can also provide guidance on container positioning and site preparation.

We have an 8m × 6m container dome display in Oakleigh, Victoria, complete with an enclosed back wall. It gives customers the opportunity to see the shelter at full scale and inspect the frame, PVC cover, Lock-Clamp mounting system and overall construction in person.
The display is available by appointment, allowing our team to meet you on site, show you the structure and discuss which dome size may be suitable for your application.

ToughCover uses heavy-duty galvanised steel frames, 610gsm PVC covers and Grade 8.8 high-tensile bolts throughout the range. Our 10m and 12m wide models use 76 × 2.5mm steel tubing, while our 12m wide models use 1.5m arch spacing for additional structural support.
