Many of the shelters in this shipment were already reserved before arrival. Pre-orders are now progressively being dispatched to project locations across Australia or collected directly from our Scoresby warehouse.
With this latest shipment now in Melbourne, we currently have selected 6m, 8m, 10m and 12m wide container dome shelters available from local stock.
Local stock means customers don't need to wait for international manufacturing lead times before getting their project moving.
This latest arrival is another step in Toughcover Australia's ongoing expansion of its Melbourne inventory. Demand for the initial stock has been solid, and additional shipments have been arranged to maintain a broader local product range for Australian customers.
The shelters arrive at Scoresby in heavy-duty steel export crates with integrated fork pockets. Each crate contains a complete dome shelter kit — steel frame components, PVC cover, Lock-Clamp mounting hardware, bolts, ratchets, spanner kits, and installation manual. Everything needed to assemble the dome arrives in one delivery.

Width is the starting point, but there are a few other factors worth working through before settling on a model:
Container length — 20ft containers suit our 6m long dome models. 40ft containers suit the 12m long models. Make sure the dome length matches your container.
Standard or High Cube containers — both GP and HC configurations are compatible across our range. Check the product page for internal clearance heights if you're running High Cube containers.
Covered area required — a 10m × 12m dome gives 120m². A 12m × 12m gives 144m². Work out what floor area you actually need before comparing widths.
Machinery access — consider the width and height of the largest machine or vehicle you need to drive in. The 4m peak height models are available for sites where standard 3m clearance isn't enough.
End wall requirements — domes are supplied open-ended as standard. If you need a back wall, roller door, or half panel, these are available as optional extras.

This is not a sample model or scaled display. It is a complete, full-size working installation between two shipping containers — exactly as it would appear on a farm, construction site, or industrial property.
