Many comparable 8m wide domes use 60mm x 1.5mm or 1.8mm tube. That's a smaller diameter and thinner wall — less steel in every arch, across the full width of your shelter. The TS812 is supplied open-ended as standard. Add end walls or doors to fully enclose your shelter:

● Forklift Recommended: Due to the 920kg weight and industrial length (236cm), we strongly recommend having a forklift on-site for unloading. This is the safest way to receive your order and avoids additional carrier surcharges.
● No Forklift? If you do not have unloading equipment, please notify us before dispatch so we can coordinate specialized unloading gear.
● Warehouse Pickup: Customers may choose self-collection from our Scoresby, VIC 3179 Melbourne warehouse. Please ensure your vehicle or trailer is capable of handling a 840kg load and a 236cm crate length. Free forklift loading is provided for all pickups.
Q: Does the TS812 fit 40ft High Cube containers?
A: Yes. The TS812 arch profile is perfectly compatible with both General Purpose (GP) and High Cube (HC) 40ft containers.
Q: Can I install this myself?
A: Yes, the TS812 is designed as a DIY-friendly kit for any capable crew. Given its larger 96m² footprint, we recommend at least 2-3 people for assembly. Professional installation is also available as an optional extra within Victoria.
Q: What is covered under the warranty?
A: We provide a 10-Year Structural Warranty on the frame and a pro-rata warranty on the 610gsm PVC fabric, reflecting our commitment to industrial durability.
Q: How long does the TS812 take to assemble?

Q: Can I add end walls later, or do I need to order them now?
A: End walls can be added at any time — the TS812 ships open-ended as standard, and our 8m Half End Wall or Full End Wall kits (compatible with both TS806 and TS812) can be fitted whenever you're ready.
